You do not have to wait for a reply to stop Knack reading your data. Disconnecting an ad account from Settings revokes the token immediately, and deleting a workspace removes the stored metrics, analyses and any shared reports. The Privacy Policy has both procedures at the top, step by step.
Agencies
Agency pricing is quoted to client count rather than listed, because ten accounts and forty accounts are not the same product. Tell us roughly how many accounts you run and whether you need client-facing reports, and you will get a number back. Pricing has the tiers below that.
The legal entity
Knack is operated by The Good Morning Project Limited, a company registered in Ireland. Postal address and the formal data-controller details are in the Privacy Policy. The Terms of Service set out what is being agreed to.
