This Privacy Policy explains how The Good Morning Project Limited ("Knack," "we," "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Knack creative-intelligence platform, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
- Stop Knack reading your ad data. In Facebook, go to Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, find Knack and choose Remove. Collection stops immediately.
- Delete what we already hold. Email brent@jellybeanjungle.xyz from the address on your account and ask us to delete your workspace. We delete it and everything in it — stored metrics, analyses, shared reports and the encrypted access token — within 30 days, and confirm by reply. Backups age out within a further 30 days.

1.Information we collect
Information you provide
Account and profile details (name, work email, company, password), billing information processed by our payment provider, and anything you send us in support requests or forms.
Information from connected ad accounts
When you connect an advertising account, we access advertising performance and creative data through that platform's official API — for example spend, impressions, clicks, video metrics, conversions, and creative assets such as thumbnails. We access this data only with your authorization and only to provide the Service.
Usage information
Device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, and actions taken in the Service, collected to operate, secure, and improve the product.
2.Ad-platform (Meta) data
The Service integrates with Meta's advertising platform. When you authorize a connection, we receive Meta Platform Data through the Meta Marketing API using the permissions you grant (such as read access to ad insights). We use this data solely to provide analytics and recommendations to you, handle it in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, and do not use it for any purpose incompatible with those terms. You may disconnect an ad account at any time, and you can revoke Knack's access from your Meta settings.
3.How we use information
- To provide the Service — analyzing performance, generating verdicts and recommendations, and producing reports and digests.
- To operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service.
- To communicate with you about your account, updates, and support.
- To produce aggregated, de-identified benchmarks that do not identify you or any individual account.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
We do not sell your personal information or your ad-platform data.
4.AI processing
Knack uses artificial-intelligence models to analyze creatives and performance data and to generate written diagnoses and recommendations. To do this, relevant data (such as performance metrics and, where applicable, creative assets) may be processed by our AI subprocessor(s). We send only what is needed to generate the analysis, and we work with providers whose terms restrict use of your data to providing the service to us. AI outputs are informational and may contain errors; see our Terms of Service for the applicable disclaimer.
5.How we share information
We share information only as needed to run the Service: with subprocessors that host, process, or support the Service (Section 6); with your own team members you invite to a workspace; when required by law or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy. We do not sell your data.
6.Subprocessors
We rely on trusted third parties to operate the Service, which may include providers for cloud hosting and databases, AI model processing, payment processing, email delivery, and product analytics. Our current subprocessors are Vercel (application hosting), Supabase (database, authentication and file storage) and Anthropic (AI model processing). We will update this list before adding others, and a current copy is available on request. Each is bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
7.Data retention
We retain personal and account data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then for a reasonable period to meet legal, tax, and security obligations. Ad-platform performance data is retained to power historical trends and benchmarks; you may request deletion as described below, and disconnecting an account stops further data collection from it.
8.Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encryption of access tokens and data in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9.Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at brent@jellybeanjungle.xyz. You may also disconnect ad accounts and delete your workspace at any time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
10.Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, secure the Service, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality. In the EU and UK we show a consent banner on first visit. Only essential cookies are set unless you accept analytics; we do not currently run analytics, and if we add them they will load only after consent.
11.International transfers
We may process and store information in countries other than where you live, including the United States. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) for cross-border transfers.
12.Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
13.Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice as required by law.
