These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Knack creative-intelligence platform and related services (the "Service"), provided by The Good Morning Project Limited ("Knack," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1.The Service
Knack connects to your advertising accounts, analyzes creative and performance data, and provides analytics, scores, verdicts, and recommendations. We may add, change, or remove features over time. We may also set reasonable usage limits by plan.
2.Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract, and you must use the Service for business purposes. You are responsible for your account credentials, for activity under your account, and for your team members you invite. Provide accurate information and keep it current.
3.Plans, billing & trials
- Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as stated at purchase) through our payment processor.
- Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial ends.
- Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. You authorize us to charge your payment method for applicable fees and taxes.
- We may change pricing on renewal with prior notice; changes do not affect the current paid term.
- You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.Connected platforms
The Service works with third-party platforms such as Meta. When you connect an account, you authorize Knack to access data through that platform's API on your behalf. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, and you represent that you have the right to connect the accounts and grant that access. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, their availability, or changes they make to their APIs or policies.
5.Your data & license to us
As between you and Knack, you own your data, including the ad-account data you connect and any content you provide ("Customer Data"). You grant Knack a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy, including generating aggregated, de-identified benchmarks that do not identify you. You are responsible for having the rights necessary to provide the Customer Data.
6.AI outputs
The Service uses AI to generate scores, verdicts, diagnoses, and recommendations. These outputs are informational aids to your own judgment, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are not guarantees of performance or professional, financial, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make — including budget, scaling, and creative decisions — based on the Service. Always apply your own judgment before acting.
7.Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the Service unlawfully or in violation of any third-party platform's terms; access data you are not authorized to access; reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service except as permitted; interfere with or disrupt the Service; or upload malicious code. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms or risks harm to the Service or others.
8.Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, models, design, and content (excluding Customer Data), is owned by Knack and its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. All rights not expressly granted are reserved. Feedback you provide may be used by us without restriction.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Knack from claims arising out of your Customer Data, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or law, or your breach of a third-party platform's terms, except to the extent caused by Knack.
12.Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or fail to pay, or as needed to comply with law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; you may request export or deletion of Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy, subject to legal retention needs.
13.Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
14.Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will provide reasonable notice; continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. Questions?
