Knack reads every ad an account runs, grades it against what its campaign was actually built to do, and says what to scale, iterate or kill.
Why it exists
Paid media reporting is excellent at the things that are easy to count: spend, placement, audience, bid. It is close to useless at the thing that moves the number most. NCSolutions put creative at 49% of the sales a campaign drives, more than brand, reach, targeting and recency combined. Almost no reporting stack gives it a column.
The tools that do try mostly read your ad names. That works in a demo and falls apart in a real account, because naming conventions decay the moment a freelancer joins, an agency hands over, or someone ships twelve variants on a Friday and calls them final_USE_THIS. Knack reads the creative itself, the image or a frame from the video, so it works on an account you have never touched, on the first pull, with nothing to set up.
Who builds it
Knack is built by Brent Raynor, a paid media strategist who spent years running creative across ecommerce accounts and got tired of answering "which kind of ad is working" with a spreadsheet and a guess. It is operated by The Good Morning Project Limited, a company registered in Dublin, Ireland, and verified with Meta as a technology provider.
What it deliberately won't do
Most of the judgement in a tool like this is in what it refuses to say.
- It won't call a winner on thin data. Creatives below a spend and volume floor are flagged too early to call rather than ranked, because the evidence behind most creative decisions is far weaker than it feels.
- It won't give you a single quality score. Every flag is a specific, checkable condition with the numbers behind it. A score you can't interrogate is a number you have to take on faith.
- It won't claim to measure incrementality. Platform-reported conversions are directional. Knack tells you which ads are doing the work relative to each other; whether the channel is profitable is a different question needing a different instrument.
- It won't judge every ad on one leaderboard. An upper-funnel ad has no ROAS by design, and a tool that ranks everything together quietly recommends killing the top of your funnel.
You can brief an angle. You cannot brief an ad ID. Knack's whole job is to turn account performance into the first kind of answer.
How your data is handled
Knack connects to Meta with read-only scope. It never writes to your account, and the permission to do so was deliberately dropped. Access tokens are encrypted, client reports are snapshots rather than live queries, and you can disconnect an ad account or delete a workspace at any time. The specifics are in the Privacy Policy, including step-by-step deletion instructions.
